Define and roll out the recruitment work plan for IT professionals hiring in the region.
Implement hiring processes and business strategies to achieve the plan and to promote the quality, and speed of hire.
Meet the recruitment targets by
Building talent pipelines for critical roles and managing internal or external stakeholders.
Developing and prioritizing recruiting, sourcing strategies, and key recruiting initiatives and ensuring that they are in line with Sapiens business strategy, recruiting policies, and employer branding activities.
Developing and executing innovative recruiting techniques, tools, processes, and policies that maximize business impact and value creation - identify and implement tangible, realistic solutions that are grounded in specifics of regional markets.
Organize, manage and deliver exceptional service to meet Sapiens’ goals.
Liaise with hiring managers, functional leadership, and regional HR Managers throughout the process to ensure all recruitment processes are effective and progressing.
Improve important measures such as Time to Hire, candidate quality, process effectiveness/efficiency, Hiring Manager and candidate satisfactory rate, and cost per hire.
Responsible for budget planning and monitoring; analyze and report on TA efforts and KPI’s.
Provide strategic guidance, enablement thought leadership, and operational assistance to the recruitment team (up to 6 people).
Collaborating with the international TA team on global initiatives and processes.
Promote exceptional client service and a best-in-class candidate experience in all activities.
Remain well-networked externally to ensure keeping up to date with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape.
5+ years’ end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience in the High-Tech Industry (in-house experience is an advantage).
3 + Years of team management experience, including experience building, coaching, and leading a recruitment team in a fast-paced corporate and matrix environment.
Process-oriented and proven ability to optimize resources effectively and derive maximum productivity.
In-depth knowledge of all the sourcing techniques (job portals and sourcing through social media, Head Hunting, …) and University/grad Hiring Experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience working with various system software (Power BI, Success Factor - an advantage).
Excellent verbal and written communication– clear and concise with the ability to present to C-level.
Flexible thinking and proactivity – the ability to work in a dynamic environment, not afraid to suggest new solutions, and easily adapt to changes.
Capacity to anticipate, and to take mitigating steps to avoid/quickly resolve issues that may occur.
Excellent English – Written and verbal (all the work is conducted in English).
