Your field of responsibility

Regulatory Foresight & Intelligence offers you a significant career opportunity in a global function and an outstanding working experience in the regulatory world, where you will have an end-to-end view over our global regulatory change management process. You will closely work with the teams involved in gathering, assessing and distributing regulatory change information, and gain exposure to business partners from all divisions and corporate functions and the chance to broaden your network.

As a member of the Regulatory Intelligence team within the function, your focus will be on the management and adoption of the constantly evolving and changing regulatory management process. You will collect and define business requirements together with the process experts, propose and discuss solutions, and subsequently manage, plan and implement deliverables together with IT and process owners.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 3 years of proven working experience; minimum 1-2 years proven experience in project management is a must. Consultancy background would be an asset
  • Higher education degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Business Intelligence or similar
  • Understanding of regulatory aspects connected to financial services; proven working experience in the regulatory world and/or regulatory change is an asset
  • Objective oriented and ambitious personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true team-work
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Outstanding communication skills with business proficiency in English
  • A self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, and you love to share your knowledge with the team
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
