We Offer

Securities Financing Transaction Reporting is a new regulation that will be going live in 2020. The Regulatory Services Reporting Control and Management Information team will be responsible for monitoring the status of Security Financing Transactions reported to European Regulators. This will be performed through the completion of daily position reconciliation process and trade rejection monitoring. The team performs analysis of reconciliation results and investigation of issues highlighted in regards to breaks or timeliness. The reporting status and progress will be communicated to Management through the use of KPIs and KRIs, as well as metrics prepared based off Analyses, presented in various senior management meetings. In addition to this, we support requests from clients to report on their behalf, the same control measures will be adopted and the team will also support client queries in this space.

Additional team responsibilities include:

  • Monitor daily levels of data quality across assigned products and ensure correct trade reporting to trade repository, then categorize identified breaks and investigate to specify a root cause
  • Investigate any failed reported trade, then take appropriate action for resolution by liaising with IT and Ops to fix the root cause
  • Provide regular MI on reporting accuracy and timeliness, to be used by Performance and Business Risk review committees

You would get an insight to security financing transaction regulatory reporting targets and focus areas, would develop an understanding of how different team processes contribute to these, as the role requires interaction with teams in Poland as well as with colleagues in London, Raleigh and New York, on top of day to day people and process management in owned area. This role also encourages an out-of-the-box attitude as the scope of the team responsibilities is constantly growing.

  • Banking/Financial experience and stakeholder management skills would be an asset
