    Release and Test Senior Specialist # 108906

    This role is for a Release and Test Manager to have the opportunity to work across a number of programs (incl. regulatory ones) as part of central Release and Test Management function. 
    The Release and Test Manager role is highly visible, and offers the opportunity to work as part of a global team in planning and co-ordinating testing and delivery against defined milestones. The candidate will be working closely with both Business leads and IT project and program managers to prioritise scope into the quarterly release cycles and off cycle releases.
    To provide a point of contact for all matters relating to test planning, preparation and execution, you will: 
    • Oversee the testing phase culminating in the Go No Go call for each release
    • Track and report progress against the quarterly releases which feeds into key governance meetings
    • Chair regular meetings including milestone tracking session and daily UAT calls
    • To work with project and test teams to ensure that entry criteria are well defined, understood and managed
    • Test planning and co-ordination across 20 global workstreams, working closely with IT to develop test plans,  and change and the line to develop and upload test cases into QC, and then manage the UAT with BMR resources globally
    • Consolidating and improving the use of standard CS test management tools such as ALM, and extending their use across additional disciplines


    • You have 2+ years if relevant experience in testing, UAT or IT
    • You are familiar with testing tools such as HP ALM or JIRA
    • Preferably you are also familiar with Odyssey
    • You have good Excel skills (you know how to use lookups, pivots, etc)
    • Preferably you also have experience in system or user acceptance test execution phases and/or testing scenario planning and preparation
    • You can communicate in English freely and you present outstanding overall communication skills
    • You also need to have certain extent of flexibility as you will support various partners across different timezones
