Release Management Engineer
Daily duties:
• Leading release management practice across multiple scrum teams
• Managing and optimizing value flow across quality gates
• Monitoring implementation status and its impact on the release train
• Encouraging collaboration between teams on automation pipelines and software quality
• Lead quality automation practice
• Facilitate collaboration between teams on software quality across all product
stages (development, uat, production maintenance)
• Escalating and tracking impediments
• Facilitating technology roadmap to foster DevOps / NoOps approach in microservices architecture
• Helping to manage risks and dependencies
• Establishing and aligning the annual calendars for iterations
Must have:
• Openness for collaboration and proactive solution finding
• Experience in participating in release management process
• Experience in participating in quality assurance processes
• Understanding DevOps / NoOps approach in microservices architecture
• Understanding CI/CD pipelines processes
• Experience in collaborating in agile-driven organizations and projects
• Communicative English
Nice to have:
• Quality assurance area background
• Knowledge about insurance processes
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, GitHub
• Experience in working with tests automation tools
