Technologies we use
Leading the team and evangelizing scrum principles by using the best-known practices to achieve common goals in the most effective way;
Facilitating scrum practices and ceremonies: daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprints and release planning (as well as other activities if needed);
Facilitating PI Planning and the synchronization between relevant roles (e.g. business owners, product managers, system architect, product owners and scrum masters);
Promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability andvisibility (being an ambassador);
Coaching the team in creating the product backlog, sprint backlogs and writing user stories in the most pragmatic way;
Supporting the Product Team in tracking and communicating progress and backlogs while looking for the opportunities to increase effectiveness (and business value).
BA/BSc degree and at least 2 years of experience in an agile, scalable and international environment as a Scrum Master;
Excellent English skills (to effectively communicate, present and persuade relevant stakeholders);
Strong understanding of agile/scrum principles, values, techniques, theory and servant leadership approach;
Ability to coach and support development teams at various stages of agile/scrum maturity;
Knowledge of software development processes and procedures with the focus on continuous improvement.
Scrum Master certification;
Experience with software development lifecycle;
People or project management experience;
Proven and documented experience in agile leadership (ideally with previous experience in working with SAFe/Nexus/LeSS or as a release train engineer);
Experience in working with scaled agile frameworks.
