Your responsibilities
In the position as RTE, you will work closely with the product manager, system architect, department managers, product owners, and scrum masters in the AML Program. will include:
Transparency on execution efficiency
Facilitating agile events
Involving all relevant roles on events to ensure coverage of development, maintenance and operations
Facilitate everything related to the AML Program’s PI Planning - before, during and after
Handling the program’s compliance with the Delivery Process
Promoting agile leadership and methods within the domain/program by coaching leaders and teams in Lean-Agile practice and mindset
Drive ‘relentless improvement roadmap’ in the AML Program
Reduce dependencies and handling program risk together with scrum masters and department managers.
Our requirements
Preferably, you have an educational background at a Master level within management or IT. Your leadership style is far more coaching and engaging than controlling, and you live out and believe in the value of 'servant leadership'. At the same time, you have great courage and are happy to challenge the organization - always with respect for the level of maturity and other priorities. You are sociable and good at building collaborative relationships - among other things because you communicate clearly, positively and straight forward.

As a person, we expect you to identify with the following competencies:
• knowledge of and solid experience as a RTE or similar role and working in a SAFe scaled agile setup
• certification as RTE and/or SAFe Program Consult
• effective communicator and facilitator
• skilled facilitator who can empathetically, effectively and with an overview to lead others through events, meetings and workshops
• mastering design thinking so you can deduce the essence of complex situations, create simple concepts, and bring them to life in the organization
• experienced agile coach and / or Program management - perhaps in the financial industry
• experience from a large organization
• experience working with Jira and Confluence
With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.

We are looking for a RTE ready to share and grow
The position is based in Warsaw. You will report directly to program director Flemming Krath in the AML Program.
As an RTE you will be part of BEC's AML Program, which helps its member banks to deliver the necessary measures that is required by the Danish FSA. You will play a key role in running and improving the program.
Your common goal with the AML Program is an efficient and value-creating agile release train (ART) with motivated employees who deliver IT solutions in high quality and in a predictable flow and that compliance is complied with by all teams.
