Your responsibilities
Close cooperation with the company's Board (organisation of meetings, trips, calendar control, preparation of contracts)
Creating excel files with “to do” payments
Preparing primary documents and reports when needed
Providing proper documentation flow between Blazity, accountings and lawyers
Supervision over the proper circulation of documents, keeping order and archiving of documents
Administrative support of the Team in everyday tasks
Our requirements
At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position
Excellent command of English (at least B2 level)
Very good knowledge of MS Office
The initiative to self-troubleshoot problems with a sense of responsibility and urgency
Excellent communication skills and a readiness to cooperate within a team
