Your responsibilities

  • Providing support to team members by setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, etc.

  • Events organization, team socialization to increase team engagement: Team Building and Team meetings organization, Recognition, and Awards

  • Ongoing cooperation with the team on Workplace activities, posts, and ideas

  • Tracking and communicating important company news to the team (involving the team in company-level activities)

  • Coordinating with project managers & other stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time

  • A friendly team of managers, developers, and other stakeholders to help the Client build & meet the digital standards and work environment

  • International work environment (cooperation with teams in Switzerland and Poland)

Our requirements

  • You are a mature and proactive Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience in IT, possessing a proven record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, and the ability to speak with architects and programmers in one language. You also have the knowledge, skills, and experience in:

  • Business development and pre-sales activities

  • Low-code technology platforms like Pega, ServiceNow, Mendix, MS Power Platform

  • BA specifics with Low-code solutions

  • Low-code and digital technology trends

  • Understanding the customers, and their commercial problems

  • Leading the design of tailored solutions for success

  • Business need definition

  • Business and solution requirements elicitation and analysis

  • Process modeling and analysis

  • Solution definition

  • Backlog management

  • Solution validation

  • Workshops facilitation

  • Presentations

  • Agile environment

  • Business English (fluency is required)

  • Business development and pre-sales activities

  • Low-code technology platforms like Pega, ServiceNow, Mendix, MS Power Platform,

  • BA specifics with Low-code solutions
