    Repair and Service Manager

    Over the past 10 years, 3Shape has successfully launched several revolutionary optical 3D scanner products, serving the audiological and dental restoration industries.

    3Shape Dental Lab scanners enable efficient digital workflows by scanning dental impressions and gypsum models, in order to facilitate CAD design of dental restorations. CAD design of dental restorations.

    The TRIOS scanners enable high-definition, digital workflows directly in the dental clinic, and are disrupting the traditional dental workflows by eliminating the need for physical impressions of patient teeth.

    A new and innovative Dental X-ray scanner product, 3Shape X1, will complete the 3Shape scanner product range by providing the necessary data for advanced dental implant planning.
     
    To prepare for further growth, and in order to advance production methods and efficiency, we are establishing Service Manager position at our production site in Szczecin, Poland.
     
    Service department currently covers the area of trouble shooting and repairs, analysis of root cause, update of CRM cases as well as calibration and final scanners testing.

     

    Your Profile:

    • Overall mechanic, electric and IT knowledge
    • Project management or customer delivery experience
    • Computer literacy (MS Office - Excel especially, CRM)
    • Excellent planning and cooperation skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Well organized and have attention to details
    • Creative thinking, to be able to come up with innovative ideas to improve service standards
    • Fluent English, both verbally and writing (essential condition)
    • 1-2 year of experience on similar position

    Your Responsibility:

    • Effectively manage whole service team
    • Provide process and performance improvements in Service
    • Control of correctness of warehouse quantities on subordinate area
    • Assure quality control during service process
    • Plan, control and execute of service plan
    • Assure compliance with orders and company regulations
    • Manage employee development and training
    • Carry out necessary service trainings
    • Support team in solving their problems on line: Repairs – Support - Production
    • Motivate and support Service team
    • Develop working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and laws and ensure service department adheres to all regulations
    • Control and obey 5S rules
    • Cover staff recruitment and appraisals
    • Support other departments
