    The Repair Depot Quality Manager role is a challenging and rewarding position, offering the right candidate opportunities to solve operation problems with global repair operations.  This role is part of the larger Motorola Solutions Inc. Global Quality team and supports the Global Repair operations in EA.

    Job Description

    As a Depot Repair Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for understanding the functional business operations and developing and managing a overall quality strategy for the region that aligns with the larger MSI Quality strategy.and reporting, dashboards and analytics to support the organization.

    • Manage escalated day to day customer satisfaction issues
    • Be the liaison to the 3rd party supplier quality leads
    • Develop and execute detailed data analyses to monitor operational performance, solve business problems, and monitor customer trends to uncover areas of opportunity
    • Build the foundation for and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators to use in operation reviews
    • Communicate analyses results and implications to business leaders
    • Ensure measurement systems analysis is conducted in a way that ensure repeatable performance
    • Lead root cause discussions into operational analysis to identify defects, opportunities, and efficiencies across functional teams
    • Develop diagnostic, prescriptive, and predictive analysis based on evolving needs
    • Frequent travel to Warsaw required as well as periodic regional site visits

    Basic Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
    • A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in Repair Depot Operations & Quality Management systems .
    • Fluent command of Polish and English language (German is a plus).
    • Strong competency in Lean Six Sigma techniques.
    • Certified ISO 9001 Auditor.

    Specific Knowledge/Skills

    • Ability to compile and compare data and understand dependencies and interrelated data make informed decisions.
    • Ability to present findings through data visualizations and storytelling.
    • Proven willingness to learn and adopt new technology.
    • Strong quality business understanding.
    • Natural curiosity and eagerness to explore ideas for improvement.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Databases a plus.
    • Competent in Lean Six Sigma techniques, belt certified a plus..
    • Highly organized and thorough
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively among different levels of staff with sensitivity to business practices in a multicultural environment.
    • Self motivated and self reliant.
    • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
    • Experience with Google and MS Office software suite.
    • ATEX/ IECEx knowledge is preferred
