AMS is continuing an exciting partnership with Goldman Sachs, to deliver expert support to their global talent acquisition function.
To do this, we’re in the process of developing a talented team of people to deliver on a service solution that spans Sourcing and Recruitment Administration.
Our teams partner closely with Hiring Managers and work to quickly build their expertise in each business area, ensuring we are viewed as a collaborative partner throughout the hiring process.

Currently we are looking for:
Location: Warsaw & Gdansk
Availability for work in US hours is required for this role, however flexibility is possible.
Location: Warsaw & Gdansk
- Reporting Analyst who will support our team in creating reports, tracking and analysing results. The work requires processing data, attention to detail, communication with clients to understand the requirements of the changes to reporting. We are open for candidates with interest in processing data, analytical skillset and a background in Excel or equivalent. We are providing the relevant training and development path.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain internal reporting suite.
- Maintain internal reporting inventory.
- Develop relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and global colleagues.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, and deliver reporting requests.
Availability for work in US hours is required for this role, however flexibility is possible.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in reporting and analyzing data
- Strong interest in data processing and intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluent English
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems
