Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain real estate portfolio reporting

  • Reconcile changes to the portfolio if needed

  • Assure data integrity and effective validation of all reports produced, prior to circulating to the required recipients

  • Propose initiatives for reporting automation, enhancements and improved data visualization

  • Provide analytics insights and develop analytics projects

  • Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for internal and external purposes

  • Effectively deal with ad-hoc tasks and reports

  • Assist the Technology Team in solving user queries effectively

  • Language – fluent in written/verbal English

  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and VBA

  • Experienced in working with databases

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics for Portfolio Services. The person employed in this position will participate in building reports and developing reporting competences for the Client’s portfolio as well as supporting operational teams with reporting enhancements and automations. The Business Analyst will also assist the Technology Team in solving user requests efficiently.
