Citi Service Center (CSC)  is an initiative to establish a network of service centers providing high quality services to other entities operating within the Citi Group.

Citi Service Center Poland was founded in 2005, and it currently employs over 3000 highly qualified staff in three locations: Warsaw, Olsztyn and Lodz. CSC cooperates with other Citi entities from all over the world.


Currently we provide services to over 60 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa, both Americas and Australia. Our employees use over 24 languages every day. Citi Service Center Poland

KPI & MIS team does a wide range of activities including gathering data from different teams, data analysis and preparation of reports distributed both to senior management and platinum clients. The team runs various projects aiming at design and development of solutions in line with business requirements.

We are constantly cooperating with other teams across international organization, measuring performance indicators and providing business data necessary for managerial decisions. Development of end-to-end processes gives us the unique opportunity to learn about all business areas and constantly improve delivery of our results.


Reporting Analyst


Work place: Warszawa

This is a business support role that will be responsible for a wide range of activities including data collection, analysis and interpretation along with preparation of reports both to management and clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Gathering, collating and analyzing data from various teams located both in Poland and in region
  • Constantly cooperating with all the teams and their support in KPI measurement
  • Preparing reports for clients and management
  • Improvement and automation of data gathering and reporting processes
  • Identification of process risks and inefficiencies along with proposing possible solutions and their implementation

 

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint (VBA, SQL and QlikView as an asset)
  • Reliability, problem solving, willingness to work under pressure
  • High analytical skills
  • High level attention to detail as well as seeing the big picture
  • Ability to shape and improve processes
  • Experience in participation in large projects
  • Financial Markets knowledge
  • Strong English (both spoken and written) skills are a must
