developing, testing and implementing tools based on SQL according to the business needs;
developing, testing and supporting new Reports and Dashboards with standard design principles and conventions;
maintaining and delivering existing reports and supporting implementation of new solutions;
quick and effective evaluation of the feasibility and complexity of the business requirements;
solving detected issues in reporting and establishing missing functionalities
working closely with various stakeholders;
creating and maintaining required documentation;
communicating risks and issues withing reporting areas.
relevant technical experience within SQL technology; min. 2 years of experience;
relevant technical experience working with reports based on BW, Excel and Power BI technology;
good understanding of technical aspect of processes/reports like data models and reports structure, typical problems in environments, limitation and capabilities in particular technologies;
University Degree in relevant area;
a very good command of written and spoken English;
strong ability to break down a problem into logically smaller manageable parts to solve;
creativity in seeking for a solution;
capability to build, extract, transform and load data, designing data warehouse and parametrized reports, creating dashboards based on SQL technology;
good communication skills and ability to build relations among different groups of people, groups of interest with strong service mentality;
ability to translate functional requirements into technical requirements by preparing technical documentation about process/report with formal requirements;
ability to assess new ideas and provide solutions;
effectiveness in working both alone and within teams with a “hand-on” approach;
strong interest in growing your own technology skills;
familiarity with modern SharePoint sites / pages;
experience with Agile tools and technologies;
familiarity with Nielsen databases.

Meet the team
Center of Excellent is a department mainly responsibility to support local business partners by identify their business needs, implementing and preparing various reports and solutions for Carlsberg entities in Western Europe to help them in driving their businesses decisions.
On Reporting Analyst with SQL position you will be responsible for developing internal tools build on SQL and widely used in Carlsberg and maintaining reporting system set in different tools like Power BI, Excel, Nielsen database, BW to deliver reports, visualizations and information to business partners.
Here in Poznan we have ambition to create advance Centre of Excellence that will participate in developing reporting system and tools for Carlsberg Wester Europe Region.

developing tools based on SQL and implementing them across entities in Western Europe;
developing business reporting features based on the reporting systems used in Carlsberg (e.g. PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, BW and Nielsen database);
