Steering the development and improvement of reports related to financial processes.
Gathering customers as well as internal requirements of reports and KPI’s within operational accounting.
Defining and standardizing financial KPI’s and reports related to financial processes.
Leading and performing monthly reporting of KPI’s.
Maintaining data quality and validating data between systems and applications.
Working on the graphic design and improving visibility of figures, KPI’s, reports and analysis.
Continuously following up designated KPI’s with analyses and conclusions in order to identify improvement opportunities. Identifying actions with greatest impact to support the development.
Informing and training in reading and analyzing reports and KPI’s.
Identifying, understanding and explaining deviations.
Challenging the department with new approaches and follow-up parameters.
Representing the F&C department in strategic customers review meetings.
Supporting process developers with internal audits in applicable areas to examine compliance with internal processes.
Supporting team leaders in applicable areas.
Proactively driving improvements and developments in order to support and reach the overall targets.
Documenting processes within the area of responsibility.
Previous experience in finance, reporting, analytics area.
Bachelor’s/Master degree in finance/economics.
Fluent in English language is a must.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
Excellent analytical ability to understand business processes.
Capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a reasoned solution.
Experience in working in a Shared Service Center would be an asset,
Knowledge of Navision will be an asset.
