Your responsibilities

  • Design and develop the requirements of Reporting Center portal, dashboards and other tools with the guidance of Reporting Manager to improve data visualization and assist in business decisions

  • Be responsible for handling the day to day maintenance of the Reporting Center portal, processes, reports, metrics, dashboards, etc.

  • Assist the Reporting Manager to develop and implement standard ways of working within the Reporting Center

  • Utilize technology, analyse data & trends to manage business decisions, prepare standard reports, provide insights and address queries of stakeholders

  • Support the Reporting Manager in continuously improving the metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics

  • Be point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests

  • Implement regional or global projects as assigned

  • Provide proactive and reactive assistance to all customers to improve efficiency and ensure excellent customer experience

  • Lead or coordinate tools assessment and implementation as needs arise

  • Closely collaborate with CI Managers and Automation Team to identify/share best practices in data management, reporting analytics, training, etc.

  • Conduct regular/adhoc trainings based on needs of the FSCs or Controlling organization on the use of portals, tools that the Reporting Center is managing

Our requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in an analytical / reporting / data analysis area

  • Completed degree in higher education (preferably Finance / Accounting / Business Administration)

  • Proven experience with automation / technologies implementation or other improvements

  • Good knowledge of MS SharePoint (creation and design)

  • Advance knowledge of MS Office Tools (especially Excel, Power Point, Access, Power BI)

  • Very good analytical skills and attention to details

  • Understands Operations Metrics and Quality parameters

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Proactive and solution focused attitude with innovative approach

  • Practical knowledge of VBA / SQL and experience in web design (HTML, JS) would be an asset

  • Experience in working with different global cultures would be an asset

Job Overview

This role will be part of the PMO/Reporting Center that is responsible for providing meaningful information within the Financial Solution Center (FSC) structure through designing, creating, implementing, reporting and sustaining overall reporting and and analytics programs. This role will work closely with different levels of FSC management and implement initiatives across the three regions. This role will report directly to Reporting Manager based in Krakow.
