managing interviews with end-user to collect requirement for new solutions and reports. Create and change local user stories;
demonstrate the high level functionality and features of Power BI and provide technical guidance if appropriate to the markets and other users;
preparing functional reporting requirements and translate these requirements to the Reporting Maintenance team;
quick and effective evaluation of the feasibility and complexity of the business requirements;
coordinating activities in process to deliver expected products and reports;
supporting projects developing reporting system in Carlsberg;
revising and analysing existing solution to identify opportunities for improvement of existing reports;
work with the Advisory team to understand how deliver requirements and innovations;
identify opportunities for the same report to be leveraged across multiple locations (sharing best practice);
Support end user testing and trainings activities;
We are looking for a person who…
has 5+ years’ experience working in a specialist role with technical skills merge with business skills. Proficient experience in Power BI functionality or similar;
has an University Degree;
has a very good command of written and spoken English;
has strong competency in understanding and interpreting complex functional requirements and translate this into technical requirements. Experience in preparing functional documentation about process/report with formal requirements;
has knowledge across multiple functional areas, present an operational level of the business understanding in the responsible area with right recognitions of business/user needs.
Is great in communication and building relations among different group of people, group of interest. Demonstrates strong relationship management skills;
Has experience in project and change management with ability to coordinate work with in the process;

Meet the team
Reporting Center Team is new team established in Poznań. The main responsibility of the team is to identify business needs and implement various reports to support all Carlsberg entities in driving their businesses decisions. Reporting Center Team is maintaining reporting apps using Power BI solution with the new data platform introduced in the group to visualize results, track performance, support decisions makers etc.
Here in Poznan we have ambition to create advance Centre of Excellence that will participate in developing reporting system for Carlsberg Wester Europe Region. Currently we are at the beginning of our journey and looking for individuals that want to be part of this exciting journey.

supporting Business in identifying potential reporting and analysis needs in finance, commercial or wider business areas and assess technical sides of new ideas;
