Your responsibilities

  • Perform an analytical review of reporting process to understand developments in the reports;

  • Providing Data and Reporting lead and senior management with relevant information on regulatory metrics;

  • Setting the requirements for the reporting process and data; in cooperation with Data and Reporting Lead

  • Maintaining a solid control framework to ensure the integrity of FCCQA’s reports;

  • Represent FCCQA (in manners of reporting cycle and providing figures and graphs) to stakeholders and respond to questions from such if requested by FCC QA Data and Reporting Lead

  • Explain FCCQA developments and respond to questions of internal and external stakeholders;

  • Measure the performance of the reporting process and stimulate continuous improvement.

  • Understand the end-to-end FCCQA processes, data model and architecture, including the interdependencies with other domains.

Our requirements

  • You have 3 - 5 years working experience within the banking sector, preferably in the area of TM / Compliance reporting

  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal;

  • You have superb analytical skills, being able to analyze large amounts of data and to put outcomes in a wider perspective;

  • You have a pro-active attitude and ability to operate in a demanding and changing environment;

  • You are a team player that can build bridges across functions and can easily get buy-in from others to get things done within tight deadlines;

  • You posses good communication and persuasion skills and be able to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way to both internal and external stakeholders;

  • Furthermore, you adhere to the ING values and it is evident for you that your behavior is fully aligned with the Orange Code.

Optional

  • A proactive, can-do, no surprises and positive mind-set

  • Strong organizational sensitivity; ability to understand and take into account the underlying issues, opportunities and dynamics of an international organization with multiple functional lines and one hierarchical line and deal with multiple (sometimes conflicting) interests

  • Knowledge of robotics and process automation software (Alteryx, Xceptor or similar)

  • Knowledge of data visualization software (MS Power BI, Tableau or similar)

  • Experience with MS SharePoint

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience with TM/QA (CDD, FATCA, CRS), Financial Economic Crime, Anti Money Laundering or Compliance
