Your responsibilities
- Execute reports;
- Provide reports guidance and clarification;
- Communicate effectively with procurement incl management team and other teams for maintaining high quality of data
- Develop DB;
- Utilize new tools and technology accordingly to Group Policy;
- Perform systems testing;
- Provide trainings;
- Provide documentation;
Our requirements
- Motivation to work with multiple stakeholders across different business areas
- Ability to work in a fast, varied environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously to maximise efficient delivery
- Ability to evaluate, organise and prioritise service delivery requirements.
- Client led focus and understanding of all that Atos as a Business delivers at GBU Level
- Understanding and incorporating the big picture into the details of the analysis
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex problems quickly to drive performance improvement
- Ability to manage and mitigate risk through effective strategic planning activity
- Effective communication skills, both oral and in writing, with clients, customers, colleagues and subordinates
- Ability to progress issues and queries, escalating when necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in maths, economics, statistics, computer science or business, or with equivalent experience
- Sound written and numerical skills
- Business fluent in English language
- 4 years’ experience in reporting or data analysis role or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience in SQL
- Previous Experience of working in varied service lines and disciplines within Atos Group and/or another Tier 1 organisation
- Experience using SAP R/3 and /or SAP S/4 HANA
- Power Query and VBA is preferred
- Experience with BI tools
