    Reporting Specialist

    Location: Łódź

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Periodically  KPI and health-index reporting ( Monthly, Weekly and daily)
    • Maintain and develop automated reports to cover the reporting needs of our internal and external customers.
    • Support Ad-Hoc reporting request
    • Investigate failing KPI’s based on data analysis.
    • Regular and on request reporting on issues, problem areas.
    • Align Korean CS HQ reporting requirements with the European Parts SCM process
    • Support internal department projects when requested based on process/system 
    • knowledge, experience and capability.
    • Participate in (innovation) projects and project base support to internal customers
    • (HQ, SC dept, LG management).
    • Execute team task for improving European Service competiveness through the support and the development European Service  capabilities ( Process, reporting and systems like GSFS and EDW)
    • Develop monitoring tools and reports to support the management of the 3PL parties performance.

    Personal Profile

    • Experience with Data Base management.
    • Knowledge and experience with reporting through data warehouse like crystal reports or other data warehouses.
    • Ability to create reporting tools.
    • Advanced MS office skills including Visual basic and Access database.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong communication skills including ability to prepare concise and reliable reports.
    • Fluent in English both written & spoken.
