Your responsibilities
- Maintain and develop automated reports to cover the reporting needs (internal and external)
- Investigate failing KPI’s based on data analysis
- Periodically KPI and health-index reporting (monthly, weekly and daily)
- Develop monitoring tools and reports to support the management of the third-party Service Providers performance
- Support Service Department projects when requested based on process/system knowledge, experience and capability
- Support to internal customers (Headquarters, Service Department, LG Electronics management)
- Regular and on request reporting on issues and problem areas
Our requirements
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in international company on the similar position
- Very strong MS EXCEL skills including VBA & Macros
- The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
- A methodical and logical approach, mathematical ability
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Teamwork & Problem-solving skills
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Programming languages such as Python, SQL, Oracle will be an advantage
- Previous experience with Oracle database/SAP will be an advantage
- Advanced English language in writing and speaking is a must
