Your responsibilities

  • Report creation through analyzing and researching client data and related information

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of reporting

  • Detect opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies

  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies to order to maintain data bases consistency

  • Review reporting requirements on an ongoing basis and updating or revising practices and processes

  • Equip Team with the tools, knowledge and training that will enable them to utilize and manage the data within reports to drive business opportunity

  • Build analytical models to evaluate business situations and provide recommendations

Our requirements

  • Degree qualified, preferably with a strong business and technology component

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, VBA and Power Point skills

  • Fluent English

  • Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards in a visually appealing way

  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation

  • Ability to digest information from multiple streams, identify patterns, trends or relations that could bring value to the business

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Highly organised, with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task effectively

  • Team player

  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop professionally whilst continuously improving personal and team performance

  • Advise on a documentation structures and best practice. Ability to write documentation to a high standanrd

The Role:

Reporting Specialist will establish strong partnerships with one of the global technology client, management and team members across many levels to identify and deliver on strategic business initiatives as well as identifying and driving through operational efficiency.

This is an excellent role with the main purpose of this appointment being to provide data and analysis support to the client and to facilitate internal and external reporting.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues toward building a high performing operations function, with a focus on report design, work allocation and auditing.
