Your field of responsibility

Join us as a Reporting Specialist with project management skills to deliver 3rd party supplier related reports that cover entire supplier lifecycle chain (e.g. sourcing events, contracts, risk assessments, spend data). In this role, you support our efforts to automate reports production. Your responsibilities include project management activities related to implementation of automated dashboards on our reporting platform e.g. capturing business requirements, preparation of documentation, testing as well as some excel reports production. You have opportunity to develop your capabilities and further extend your experience in regards to project management within Agile Scrum methodology as well as stakeholders management on different seniority levels within large international organization.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven professional experience in reports production and project management experience within an international organization
  • Strong data analysis knowledge and good understanding of how to combine and manage data from different objects based on logical models and referential integrity
  • Proven analytical competencies including an aptitude for processing large sets of data and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) and strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, with a structured approach to handling and completing tasks
  • Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
