Your responsibilities
- Review and digest data from a range of sources, using findings to drive business decisions and make suggested improvements.
- Perform statistical analysis and help design measurements and metrics.
- Prepare of various reports based on data analysis: daily, monthly and quarterly reports as well as ad hoc reports for various clients
- Analyze and validate data source to make sure data used in reports is correct
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and user-friendly data visualization and identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or data sets
- Create decision making/storytelling reports based on various of sources (e.g., Excel, PowerBI dashboards, Salesforce)
- SharePoint/database administration and maintenance
- Review client/team reporting requirements on an ongoing basis and updating or revising practices and processes to ensure consistent high levels of operational efficiency and make recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate report creation through analyzing and researching client data and related information.
Our requirements
- Relevant educational background in data analysis and/or work experience
- Awareness of operational efficiency and continuous improvement strategies and benefits
- Ability to collect, organise, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy using graphs, advanced pivots tables, diagrams, and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex problems/data clearly and concisely.
- Full proficiency in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Relentless focus on client needs.
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment, but also to ask questions and learn independently.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Can manage with ambiguity and thrives in high pressure situations.

The role
The Reporting Specialist will establish partnerships with client delivery teams, management and team members, at a global level, to support identification and delivery of strategic business initiatives, as well as identifying and driving through operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and leaders toward building a high performing Performance Excellence function.
This role will report into the Wroclaw Performance Excellence Lead.
