Your responsibilities
Understanding and drafting descriptions of proprietary, innovative solutions in fields such as fluid mechanics, mechatronics, computational methods, artificial intelligence, optics, electronics etc.
Executing patent and scientific literature research of similar and competitive solutions
Comparative analysis to assess novelty, inventive step and the risk of infringing on third party patent rights (“freedom to operate”)
Preparing reports on results of the analyses
Close cooperation with the engineering and intellectual property teams
Managing the patent portfolio
Coordinating patenting activities of the patent attorneys
Responding flexibly to new challenges and changing needs
Our requirements

Very good work organization and diligence
Independence and own initiative
Excellent oral and written reporting skills
Ability to effectively search and compile information coming from different sources
Ability to work under time pressure
Great communication skills
Fluent English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of technical vocabulary is strongly desired
Ability and easiness in reading and writing scientific/technical documentation both in Polish and English
Higher education with a degree in physics, mechatronics, biomedical engineering or the like
