is seeking an individual for the position of

Residence Manager

Workplace: Warszawa

The Residence Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Ambassador’s household runs smoothly. He/she is responsible for the following, among other tasks:

  • supervising three staff members;
  • coordinating household events, including, but not limited to, menus and additional staff requirements;
  • keeping accounting records, paperwork, and files;
  • maintaining household calendar;
  • serving as liaison with the Executive Office staff;
  • providing concierge services;
  • arranging routine and emergency house repairs;
  • makes hiring and dismissal recommendations to the Ambassador;
  • overseeing all inventory, issuing, and reordering of supplies;
  • and other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary school;
  • Fluent English and Polish;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Driver’s License cat. B;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation: 6775 PLN (monthly gross starting salary) and additional benefits.
