Your responsibilities
- Managing a team of Agile & Atlassian Specialists
- Planning and allocating specialists for submitted project inquiries
- Taking care of employee development - coordinating career paths, project changes, annual assessments
- Taking care of the appropriate level of costs, controlling the implementation of budgets, paying grid
- Analyzing and monitoring employee satisfaction
- Holding regular meetings with team members
- Taking care of the appropriate level of disposal and low attrition rate of subordinate employees
- Recruiting for projects - cooperating with local recruitment departments and sales departments as a part of the recruitment processes, including reporting needs and coordinating the entire process
- Proactively searching for candidates and opportunities to involve them in projects
Our requirements
- Professional experience in the area of HR or recruitment/administration/sales
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Commitment, communicativeness, and a positive attitude
- Very good knowledge of English

In this position, you will take care of our employees in terms of HR, manage the development of our Teams, and work closely with the Recruitment Department.
