Your responsibilities


Remote cooperation possible if you are avaialble for business trips to Warsaw.

As a Resource Manager in NATEK you have a great opportunity to cooperate with the biggest well-known customers at the same time being a part of a non-corporate company where core values are accountability, expertise and partnership. Resource Manager in NATEK is a bridge between IT consultants, customers and other NATEK functions for all operational processes. While cooperating with HR, Finance and Sales, RM reports to Operation Manager. On this position, you may be dedicated to one or multiple projects and have a real influence on building customers relations and the expansion of NATEK Services. NATEK mission is to deliver high-quality IT outsourcing solutions, at the same time, we focus on building a better society around us by our CSR activities based on three main pillars: social, education and environment.


- Leading local teams of IT professionals to deliver best-in-class customer experience and achieve operational excellence

- Boarding, building, educating, motivating and integrating IT teams

- Establishing long-lasting relations and career development plans of IT teams

- Leading annual appraisals processes with the support of other functions

- Supervise administration tasks like expenses, travels, attendance, invoicing and more

- Single point of contact for customer/s for all operation purposes

- Building high-quality clients’ relationships

- Supporting Sales team by reporting all potential opportunities for new projects on site of a given account/s

Our requirements

  • 4 years of experience on a similar role within IT market

  • Experience with people management and talent development, preferably within IT teams/projects

  • Experience with suppliers management, e.g. integration events organisation

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure effective communication with various persona: clients, NATEK Management team, IT consultants

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Experience in building and sustaining customer relationships on a senior level

  • Experience in managing outsourced supplier will be and added value
