Your responsibilities

  • Building software delivery teams by finding the best possible match between the project's resource requirements and available capabilities.

  • Managing conflicts of interest using negotiation skills with a win-win solution in mind.

  • Gathering, monitoring and forecasting ongoing resource requests from sales and existing clients.

  • Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with the business.

  • Working closely with the recruitment team and senior stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Have experience in talent allocation in the IT industry, and any people role around software delivery is welcome as long you are up for a challenge.

  • Work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with few constants and axioms.

  • Find joy in talking to people and moderating discussions.

  • Have a good ear for people's needs and career goals and are open to constantly seeking ways to achieve them.

  • Can deal with a huge amount of information and connect the dots.

  • Have strong ownership and approach tasks proactively.

  • Can come up with a creative plan of action and another one if the first one proves unsuccessful.

  • Are interested in diving into technology world from a project resourcing perspective.

  • You are a people person but understand that it is impossible to please everyone.

  • Don't mind a bit of administrative work. Knowledge of Excel is more than welcome.

  • English B2/C1
