    Location: Warszawa
    The jobholder is responsible for supporting the Head of Retail Academy CEEA (Central Eastern Europe & Africa) in delivering training initiatives and implementing training sessions within assigned markets in Central Europe, in order to increase sales and improve the Retail Staff Key Performance Indicators. In addition, the jobholder ensures that the Retail Staff has a clear understanding of and correctly implements Swarovski’s Visual Merchandising Guidelines.



    In this position you will report to the Head of Retail Academy CEEA and have the following responsibilities:

    • Implementing of global/market training programs and materials within the assigned area
    • Organizing and conducting individual and group trainings within the learning journey, also new product training before new collection launches
    • Monitoring, measuring and reporting on all training activities and achievements
    • Implementing the global and regional Visual Merchandising Guidelines in Mono-brand and Multi-brand Stores of local market in assigned area of responsibility
    • Ensuring high quality of Visual Merchandising at POPs under the supervision of the VM Manager CEEA
    • Completing Store Visit Reports and ensuring regular feedback is given to responsible District Manager, VM Manager CEEA, and Head of Retail Academy CEEA, so that the relevant topics can be followed-up on during the next store visit
    • Retrieving feedback on local training and development needs and issues
    • Monitoring the sales performance and KPIs trend of the Retail Staff within the assigned area
    • Highlighting key successes and challenges within the assigned area and providing input to the Head of Retail Academy CEEA for the monthly reports 


    We are looking for a self-motivated talent holding a commercial degree and at least 2 years of working experience in a fashion retail environment in a similar sales training role. As an ideal candidate you have a solid understanding of retail and sales training as well ability to engage the audience using different approaches to maximize knowledge retention. Besides strong organizational, analytical and didactic skills we expect strong facilitation and moderation skills.  Some coaching experience is a plus. To be successful in this role excellent strong customer service focus, ability to work with a remote team and strong influencing skills to make things happen without direct authority are a must have. Fluency in English (written and spoken), Polish (mother-tongue), and Russian are among the assets that will help you excel at SWAROVSKI. A driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 80% round up your resumé.
