The purpose of the role is to provide best in class internal support to retail and franchise store operations across PL HUB: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic countries.

The purpose of the role is to provide best in class internal support to retail and franchise store operations across PL HUB: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Baltic countries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain Shop Master Data
- Maintain and manage Value Added Service together with warehouse teams
- Perform excellent & proactive order management
- Ensure clean order-book
- Process sell-in and sell-out orders in SAP
- Manage stock adjustments
- Process, monitor, and report returns
- Support stock take activities
- Track and maintain system activities (orders/ deliveries/ invoices)
- Take part in daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and housekeeping exercise
- Keep good data integrity
Requirements:
- First solid similar experience or order management working experience required
- Proven track of experience in trouble shooting & providing solutions related to processes, orders, systems
- Fluent English and Polish skills in writing & speaking
- Working experience in SAP – strongly desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Proactive, hands-on
