Job Description

Benelux and France Retail is a challenging and dynamic environment where one finds all aspects of running an end-to-end Retail business. We have a leading presence in Netherlands, and on the Motorways. This is due to our excellent network and attractive customer offer which is being delivered through our business partners: both retailers and dealers. In the changing Retail landscape that is getting more and more competitive every year, Benelux and France Retail is committed to deliver on the expectations of our customers, shareholders and people. 

Main responsibilities in this position are the following:

  • Support the Requisition-to-Pay process from a business perspective, which is about creating requisitions on behalf of the business and chasing the business to perform a swift approval process in order to have all invoices paid in time. It is also about tracking where 'parked invoices' and FI invoices (without purchase order) should be picked up in the organization

  • Strong cooperation with colleagues from the team and stakeholders from the offshore business operations centers in order to use best practices and align processes

  • Drive improvements, simplifications and standardizations within the Retail processes

  • Perform regular update on the Site Policies and Procedures Manuals (SPPM) on the basis of updates from the business, and coordinating the sending of these to the Retailers and Dealers.

  • Support Retail Sales & Ops, Marketing and other functions in daily operations, eg. prepare communications for Retailers and Dealers, payments and other ad hoc tasks

  • Perform other administrative and operational tasks depending on the requirements in the new Operations Support processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch min. C1

  • This position requires strong connection and a close collaboration with our suppliers

  • Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first behaviors (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork)

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholders management

  • Analytical skills

  • Good presentation skills

  • Experience in SAP would be an asset

  • To be successful in this role you need to be: result oriented, problem solver, self starter and process thinker
