Your responsibilities
Day-to-day management of client relationships covering all operational and administrative client activity for retail clients in the EMEA region
Manage and respond to requests from clients, working with internal partners to ensure client’s expectations are met and responses are handled professionally and efficiently
Manage requests from the local client service team and assist with operations related client enquires
Provide insights to the distribution team to improve the client experience and support with sales or distribution initiatives
Our requirements
Strong interest in financial services
Previous experience within the Investment / Fund Management industry preferred
2 years’ experience in a client reporting, operations, or transfer agency environment, preferred but not essential
Relevant educational qualifications would be helpful.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Italian or English and French, both orally and in writing
Ability to communicate and interact well with all levels, both internally (e.g., Distribution, Operations, and Investment & Product) and externally (e.g., Retail Clients)
Customer service focus with an ability to be flexible with distribution or client needs.
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with multiple internal and external business partners contacted while performing assigned duties
Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment and confident in making independent decisions, whilst working with integrity and focusing on delivering quality results
Positive and proactive approach
Adhere to established time frames and schedules; ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet internal and external deadlines
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain updated knowledge of procedures, products and activities of assigned area

An exciting opportunity to join a new EMEA Retail Client Service Team, responsible for providing efficient and effective servicing to clients in the EMEA Retail channel, as well as support to the retail client service teams across the region.
As part of a client-centric strategy within EMEA Distribution, you will work closely with the retail client service teams and other members of the client service team, to deliver world class service and ensure a great client experience. You will partner closely with the global distribution support & operational functions, investment & product teams and related third parties to deliver a high-quality service, bringing client knowledge and insight to all request and support activities.
These 2 open positions will focus on the following aspects of servicing our retail client base:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of retail client requests and associated operational related activity for Retail clients.
Providing operational expertise and efficiencies to support the Retail Client Service and Sales teams across EMEA, by reducing internal hand-offs, shortening the process chain and ensuring good practice across the region.
In both aspects of the role, the Retail Client Service Associate will be client focused and responsible for providing high-quality service to retail clients, in close partnership with the local client service teams.
