For our client well-known International Commercial Real Estate Developer operates in Poland we are currently looking for experienced candidates for the Retail Operations Director position.

Applicants should have vast experience in Retail Real Estate Market.
Key Objectives of hired person: Maximise retail sales and profits of the Shopping Centre and work closely with existing and potential tenants to ensure that they can deliver value to, and get value from, the Shopping Center. Lead the centre team to generate year on year growth in visitor numbers and maximise other income streams. Ensure that the centre operates to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Pursue a proactive partnership approach to working with tenants, monitoring formalised joint objectives geared to targeted increases in retail sales and densities. Ensure open and effective communication with tenants, encouraging new business development ideas and facilitating the exchange of best practice. Ensure tenants fulfil their obligations under their lease agreements.
Maintain and develop highest possible retail standards, including, promotional activity, customer conversion loyalty, visual merchandising and the quality of store management. Assist in the ongoing asset management process relating to the centre taking ultimate responsibility for the tracking and implementation of all agreed action points.
Lead marketing team and ensure effective use of a significant marketing budget spend.
Act as Organisation’s ambassador and spokesperson in the local community, promoting the company’s brand values and objectives. Regular reviews/management reporting to key executives.
