Your responsibilities

  • General Ledger related responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage GL entries (revenues, accruals, deferrals)/Verify the financial terms indicated in the clients’ contracts and apply them to accounting records

  • Supporting month closure procedures

  • Collaborate with various departments such as Business Partnering Services, Corporate and Local Accounting, Global Business, and others

  • Assistance with annual and interim audit requests

  • Assistance with accounting issues and queries

  • Adhering to accounting standards and regulations

  • Accounts Receivable related responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices with required journal entries

  • Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

  • Contact customers and businesses via email or telephone

  • Collecting and maintaining records about upcoming payments

  • Post incoming payments from customers

  • Addressing any customer queries

  • Vendor form maintenance

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field

  • Some working experience in a relevant field (accounting or finance)

  • Know-how of basic accounting practices and legalities

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (good oral and written communication skills)

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel (pivot, charts, formulas)

  • Ability to quickly learn new processes

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills


  • Ability to work independently and proactively

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • High level of knowledge of IFRS and / or US GAAP

  • DipIFR / ACCA or similar certification

  • SAP experience

Currently, we are looking for a Revenue Accountant to make our team even stronger.

The scope of the position consists of general ledger double entries, month closure activities, and Account Receivables related tasks.

You will join the Revenue Accounting & Collection team – a financial corporate department that works globally across the company supporting our clients worldwide and working with revenue based on international financial reporting standards.

Revenue Accounting and Collection unit is 50+ people team, part of Business Partnering Services department, group responsible for Revenue Recognition across EPAM. We're growing intensively, and now being a team of professionals from 14 countries, helping EPAM with successfully operations and supporting our clients across the globe daily.
