Your responsibilities

  • You will co-create strategic directions for Nutricia sustainable, long term growth, identifying efficiency opportunities in 3 main pillars: Pricing & Portfolio Management, Promo Optimization and Trade Terms Management

  • You will become a strategic partner for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Strategy & Insights teams, to deliver aligned, insights-led approach to Revenue Growth Management

  • You will define and execute the optimal pricing strategy, rooted in insights and market context

  • You will lead the constant evolution of customer investment strategy agenda – reviving terms, making recommendation and supporting change

  • You will review, update and ensure execution of our promo strategy to deliver maximum value for Nutricia and our Customers

Our requirements

  • You gained experience in financial analytics roles and you’re skilled in revenue management, pricing and strong P&L management, sales experience will be an asset

  • You have strong analytical skills, you easily work on big data sets, identifying patterns and variances and drawing meaningful business insights

  • Having growth mindset and strong goal orientation you’re always on a look-out to seez opportunities and mitigate risks for the business

  • You are a natural networker, easily building strong relations and managing x-functional network

  • On the tech side your proficient Excel user – knowledge of Power BI will be a strong asset

  • You speak fluent Polish & English
