Your responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will support projects across the whole Reward team, providing analytical, system and data insight support to Maersk Drilling's reward arrangements.

  • Support the delivery of the annual reward review including systems set up, escalated queries, communications and ensuring pay increases and annual incentives are paid accurately & on time. This is co-delivered with our shared services team.

  • Support the assessment and benchmark of new roles using Mercer data & methodology

  • Submitting to and interpreting market intelligence surveys to create salary ranges globally, support the Compensation Lead and maintain our global salary structure

  • Support M&A activities by evaluating roles, costing and comparing packages and supporting implementation

  • Work with the compensation Lead to carry out salary range reviews to ensure that the salary ranges are accurate

  • Support CBA processes by providing market data and support the implementation of collective pay deals accurately

  • Establish SOPs and Process Documentations as required

  • Work with Talentsoft and Power BI teams to implement effective Reward reporting and dashboards.

  • Support specific modelling and analysis of pay reporting requirements such as gender pay, equal pay and executive remuneration modelling.

Our requirements

  • Advanced IT skills (inc. MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - Must be able to write formulas using if statements, VLOOKUP's, develop comprehensive Excel workbook analysis, using "what if scenarios", pivot tables, graphs

  • Advanced numeracy and analytical skills and ability to work with large volume of data from multiple sources and to interpret and extract insight in a clear, simple and succinct manner

  • Methodical approach to analysis and great attention to detail

  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities

  • Ability to work under pressure, without impacting accuracy

  • Self-critical, reflector, creative, and assertive

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Strong team player and willing to support other team members when needed

  • Position is to be either in Copenhagen or Gdańsk, depending on candidate’s location. First 6 months of employment candidate will be assigned for onboarding and training in Copenhagen.
