An outstanding opportunity to join us in the role of Risk Admin Specialist that offers you the right platform to develop your capabilities in the field of Operational Risk Management. Your responsibilities include maintenance of the control framework and controls reporting. Further, you will be collaborating closely with First Line of Defense Support functions across the globe by providing expertise in control standards and support in regards to operational risk related applications and processes. At the same time you will have an outstanding opportunity to take an active part in managing process optimization initiatives and further automation of team’s internal tools.

We are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who has 2-5 years of proven and professional experience in the international corporate environment and/or within the banking or finance industry.
  • Master/bachelor degree or equivalent education
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English to communicate with our partners - German would be a plus
  • An analytical mind-set - MS Access or VBA or SharePoint skills would be an asset
  • Proven experience in MS Office environment
  • Attention to detail and high quality mind-set
  • A strong dedication as a team member and the skills to liaise with different partners across functions
  • Willingness and proven ability to manage work against deadlines / under pressure with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
