Your responsibilities
- Governance. Defining and scoping the overall risk management reporting
- Risk management. Drive processes and procedures controlling risk mitigations and reporting.
- Compliance. Participate in defining and implementing procedures and guidelines to uphold continuous compliance and assist Country Managers and Function Managers in their compliance efforts across the group.
- Defining and setting up targets for the Environmental goals ProData has committed to.
- Assist Country Managers, Functional Managers and Account Managers with customer compliance dialogues such as Data Processing Agreements, incidents and/or possible security breaches.
- Yearly audit processes for the committed areas including communication with and reporting to external auditors and authorities,
- Participate in the development and overall optimization projects to support the continued growth in ProData Consult.
Our requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience, preferably within Governance Risk Management and Compliance, documenting and reporting compliance to external auditors and authorities,
- Experience with driving yearly control wheels and reporting status.
- Experience with data gathering and analysis,
- An understanding of Environmental goals and the overall purpose.
- An understanding of the ISO standards and related frameworks
- Good communication skills in English, verbal as well as in writing
- We are looking for a confident and supportive profile capable of operating with distinct empathy to bring stakeholders together in reaching project targets and goals. ProData is on a fast growth track and the Compliance risk Manager will step into a compliance landscape that has been drafted but not yet fully matured. So the right profile will master the challenge of proper and timely reporting to external authorities while building and implementing continuous improvement processes in the organization supported by all Business Units.

You will work closely with the Group IT & Compliance Department in Copenhagen DK and report directly to the Chief Information Officer. The whole group consists of approx. 150 employees based in six different countries.
