Successful candidate will support in coordination, development and review of the Capital Stress Testing narratives and supporting documentation. Support management of the Review and Challenge process, including development of presentation templates and review of materials. Build relationships with stakeholders to provide support and guidance across ERM matters. Produce internal status tracking reports and dashboards to show impactful views of progress on key deliverables. Support key priorities of the global ERM team, including development and refinement of processes and controls. Provide analytical support on a variety of risk initiatives and/or ad hoc analyses required by senior management and regulators. Gain knowledge on current rule-making and industry developments regarding risk regulatory reform.

Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) provides enterprise risk analysis and reporting at Group and Parent level, covering aggregate risk profile and development and oversight of firm-wide frameworks across risk appetite, risk identification & stress testing, and providing a risk perspective on capital management. Enterprise Risk Management facilitates alignment across divisional and legal entities enterprise functions and acts as the guardian and controller for Group and Parent risk strategy, risk appetite, stress testing, exposures, mitigation, and aggregate risk metrics.

We are looking for:

  • 2-4 years of experience in finance or risk-related roles
  • Basic understanding of accounting, finance, and the investment banking business model
  • A solid analytical, logical, and numerical approach; ability to analyze specific business problems and propose tenable solutions
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, writing. WDesk knowledge a plus, but not required
  • Outstanding communication skills. Ability to build and sustain trusted relationships with internal partners
  • Possess a can-do, collaborative, and positive attitude with a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive upwards communication to manager
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
