    A new and exciting Robotic Process Automation (‘RPA’) team is currently being formed within the Digital stream of the GBS organisation. This team will be responsible for standing up a fully functional Robotic & Cognitive Centre (‘RCC’) that can both initiate/maintain and deliver on a pipeline of automation opportunities across the Group. 

    We are thus are currently recruiting for an RCC Pipeline & Opportunity Manager and Analyst to join our team based in Warsaw.

    The person on this position will spend first 6 months in UK joining our team in AZ headquarters in Cambridge!

    You should have a strong desire to gain exposure to leading edge automation techniques, experience of process change coupled with core skills in stakeholder & change management.  This experience will be combined with a strong analytical mindset and an ability to communicate simply, with precision and impact across the global user community. 

    Main duties and responsibilities

    Reporting to the RCC Pipeline & Delivery lead, you will be responsible for the following activities:

    • Build and maintain the pipeline, with reporting on performance as required
    • Engage with business leaders, process owners and SMEs to create awareness of RPA
    • Design and administer opportunity identification mediums such as workshops, crowd sourcing and self-service forms
    • Complete, validate and feed opportunities into the pipeline, working with the business area and IT to prioritize which opportunities to progress to qualification / development
    • Own the delivery planning – including resource requirements
    • Assist with the ownership, maintenance and monitoring of adherence with the standardized RCC approach in collaboration with enabling teams – including standards, methodologies, tools and best practices
    • Work with others in the RCC team to embed new agile ways of working, fostering continuous improvement wherever possible

    Essential requirements

    • The person will spend first 6 months in UK joining our team in AZ headquarters in Cambridge!

      Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
    • Demonstrated experience of change management
    • Energetic and self-motivated
    • Excellent presentation & oral communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills to be able to discover and interpret business change requirements
    • Willingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)
    • Experience of process change and/or technology implementation (RPA, Ariba, ERP etc)
    • Have analysed and redesigned business processes using standard business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. swim lane diagrams, Lean Six Sigma


    • RPA or other automation implementation experience
    • Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry
