About the project
Coordinate RPA projects to ensure successful implementation with focus on compliance with RPA Deployment Framework.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and analyze processes that could be automated using Robotic Process Automation technology.
- Prepare (clean-up, redesign) processes prior to automation activities.
- Redesign operational activities in order to maximize savings obtained via RPA.
- Ensure high quality standards regarding documentation in RPA projects.
- Monitor existing automations to make sure that processes are performed successfully.
- Take part and/or coordinate RPA projects locally and for other companies within the Group.
- Cooperate closely with process Subject Matter Experts and Developers during project delivery.
- Identify proper scope of processes for automation.
- Evaluate business case for process automation.
- Prepare and deliver detailed requirements for developers and/or IT.
- Ensure that designed solution is compliant from cybersecurity standpoint.
- Create test scenarios to ensure that developed solution meet requirements, has been created with highest quality standards and with appropriate error handling.
- Ensure smooth project implementation: follow up through RPA bot testing, help with problem root cause identification if any issues occur.
- Ensure that proper project documentation has been created and all sign-offs obtainedMonitor existing automations: act as 1st line support.
- Maintain proper communication with all stakeholders.
Our requirements
- Business Analyst / Process Analyst / IT Analyst or with similar experience min 2 years (nice to have).
- Process mapping skills.
- Process improvement skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Experience with any kind of process automation projects (using RPA, VBA, SAP Scripting, BPMS, Google Suite, SharePoint, etc.).
- Basic knowledge or certificates in lean management or Six Sigma.
- Nice to have: knowledge of accounting processes and/or SAP/Oracle environment.
- Nice to have: experience in software development projects.
- Systematic attitude to work.
- Ability to work independently on given tasks.
- Great communication skills.
- English minimum B2.
- Team player.
- Experience with change management.
- Proper education in Accounting/ Finance.
