    Requirements:

    • University diploma (Business / Finance / Economy) 
    • Experience in process optimization, improvements 
    • Experience in process mapping
    • Experience in any kind of back-office process automation (using RPA, VBA, SAP Scripting, BPMS, SharePoint, etc.) will be an asset
    • Experience in project management will be an asset
    • Very good command of English
    • Proactivity and ablility to demontrate innovation and creativity
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Independent and systematic approach to work
    • Good time management skills and ability to manage several different projects and priorities in parallel

    Responsibilities:

     

    Goals:

    • Identify and analyze processes that could be automated using Robotic Process Automation technology
    • Prepare (clean-up, redesign) processes prior to automation activities
    • Coordinate some of RPA projects to ensure successful implementation with focus on compliance with RPA Deployment Framework
    • Redesign operational activities in order to maximize savings obtained via RPA
    • Ensure high quality standards regarding documentation in RPA projects

    Main tasks:

    • Identify processes in back-office that can be automated using Robotic Process Automation technology
    • Take part in RPA projects locally and for other companies within Lufthansa Group
    • Calculate savings from RPA projects; make sure they are data-backed and transparent
    • Evaluate business case for process automation/RPA
    • Prepare and deliver detailed requirements for developers
    • Identify proper scope of processes for automation
    • Design test scenarios to ensure that developed solution meet requirements, was created with highest quality standards and has appropriate error handling
    • Ensure smooth project implementation: follow up through RPA bot testing, help with problem root cause identification if any issues occur
    • Maintain proper communication with all stakeholders
    • Ensure that proper project documentation has been created and all sign-offs obtained
