About the project
IPEX is a global team that delivers process and control transformation, simplification, and digitization. This role is part of Insights & Automation team that will primarily support new development, enhancement and sustainment business critical Brazil Tax automations.
Your responsibilities
Deliver automation solutions such as Robotic process automations to Brazil Tax teams hosted on IPEX RPA in line with IPEX delivery and governance framework
Sustain automation solutions, perform troubleshooting and error resolution on existing automations
Monitor mission critical automations supporting Tax processes and resolve any issues in a timely manner with minimal impact to business
Leverage automation standards to develop automations while enhancing the same as part of continuous improvement
Continuously look for opportunities to optimize automation memory and storage consumption leading to reduced Year over year Infra and hardware costs
Provide coaching and training to developers and business teams
Thrives on solving complex problems through automation & innovation in a diverse environment
Our requirements
Ability to manage complexity and work independently with large amounts of information
Exposure to RPA platforms - UiPath and preferably other platforms such as Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Ability to communicate fluently English knowledge of Spanish would be an asset
Higher education degree; Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics. Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, business or related field
Advanced MS Excel skills; ability to work with macros, formulas, big data
Experience developing SQL queries, stored procedures, functions
Experience in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET
Substantial experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies
Understanding of Python and Object-oriented languages and scripting
Knowledge on Artificial intelligence (AI)and Machine Learning (ML) concepts-
Experience developing FAQ and transactional based chatbots
Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience
Willingness to travel 20% of the time (currently no travel due to covid)
