RPO Solutions Senior Manager/Director

The RPO Solutions Senior Manager/Director will be accountable for identifying and securing RPO and modular sales opportunities across one or more sectors through a programme of proposition development, prospecting and engagement and opportunity management.
Representing Hays as a “corporate” requires a mature, consultative and flexible approach to solution shaping allied to a complete understanding of complex recruitment propositions and array of options. The best opportunities will be developed pro-actively rather than in response to already strictly defined “procurement” criteria.
Throughout the sales process it is essential that the sales proposition and operational delivery model develop in tandem. This requires excellent team working and matrix management skills across Hays Management Board, Talent Solutions and specialisms.
The successful candidate will be credible and at ease operating at board level with the ability to identify and understand business issues, design, own and deliver multiple business sector strategic sales plan(s), influence requirements and develop compelling business cases.
To be successful in this role strong communication, presentation and listening skills are required.
Client facing experience in recruitment is a must and previous RPO experience will be a strong advantage.
