For our client - an international company currently we are searching for candidates for the position of:
RTR Accountant
Your responsibilities
- Monitoring day-to-day general ledger operations of the department
- Leading consolidated financial reporting submission
- Ensuring high standards of internal control & financial audits and compliance with global policies & accounting standards
- Producing high-quality financial statements
- Cooperation with Finance Manager, Financial Controllers and external service providers
- Supporting stakeholder engagement and change management
- Process improvement and optimisation (incl. supporting transformation, transition, process modeling and automation)
Employer requirements
- BA or MA in Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent
- Strong professional experience in accounting (including General Ledger / RtR)
- Experience in Audit / Internal Control and/or Financial Controlling is desirable
- Very good knowledge of accounting standards (knowledge of IFRS would be an asset)
- Strong analytical, communication and business partnering skills
- Very good knowledge of English (preferably at B2 level or higher)
- Change management and project management skills (training or certification in these areas would be an asset)
- Experience with process automation / process transition / process improvement is desirable
Optional
- One of the following languages would be an asset: French, Italian, Spanish or German
