Your responsibilities
MEC activities and GL related transactions in Oracle system for Latin America markets
Balance sheet reconciliation process
Tax related processes
Participation in Balance sheet review preparation
Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner
Participating in audit package annual process
Responding to queries from different stakeholders
Dealing with ad-hoc administrative duties
Identifying potential process improvements
Participation in projects for process transformation
Supporting other team members in day to day processes
Our requirements
Good language skills in Spanish (A2-B1)
Good language skills in English
University degree educational background in finance and accounting will be highly regarded
Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience in an international environment will be an asset
Experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., Oracle)
Good understanding of general accounting principles and GL area
Previous experience with Tax area will be an asset
Analytical skills, attention to details
Service oriented and professional working approach
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
Related experience in finance / accounting area 2 year
