    RtR Accounting Specialist
    Location: Warszawa


    The Record to Report (RtR) team is a part of the Accounting Process within EMEA Business Services department. The RtR team facilitates end-to-end General Ledger process including: Fixed Assets, Journal entries, Banks Reconciliations; ensuring the accurate and timely production of the financial statements.


    • Posting of Journal entries in SAP;
    • Bank statement processing and reconciliation;
    • Calculation and posting of prepayments, accruals and provisions;
    • Fixed Assets related postings;
    • Performing monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation;
    • Active support during month end close activities;
    • Ensuring accurate reporting through to group consolidation;
    • Reporting under IFRS/ US GAAP;
    • Support for internal SOX controls;
    • Preparation of documents for internal and external audit;
    • Job-related support for other team members;
    • Knowledge sharing;
    • Assisting with the transitions of new processes into EMEA BS;
    • Working collaboratively with teams responsible for other aspects of the process;
    • Improving existing processes.


    • Understanding and practical knowledge of end-to-end RtR process;
    • At least 1 year of experience in RtR/GL department;
    • University degree, preferably in: Finance, Economics, Mathematic, Accounting or related;
    • Good command of English (min B2);
    • Knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage;
    • Strong analytical skills;
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;  
    • Good Excel knowledge;
    • Experience with SAP as an asset.
