The HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Centre (HGSS) was opened in Kraków in February 2012. It is an integral part of HEINEKEN’s Global Business Services (GBS) organisation and was established in order for the company to better benefit from its scale and optimise its efficiency.

All our people are working very closely with the HEINEKEN business worldwide. At the moment we are looking for a new colleague to join our team as:

RTR Administrator with Spanish


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage one of the following RTR processes: GL/Tax/Fixed Assets/Banking which may include:
  • Accrual accounting
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Period end closing activities
  • Cash and liquidity management
  • Performing Vat/Withholding Tax/Intrastat process
  • Develop strong working relationship with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide support for internal/external audits
  • Contribute and drive to continuous process improvement

You have the right profile if you have:

  • Very good command of Spanish
  • Experience in the relevant finance area; if you target the senior role, you need to have at least 3 years of experience in RTR process
  • Economic, finance or accounting studies are preferred
  • Flexibility, adaptability and learning agility
  • Analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Knowledge of IFRS would be an asset
  • Good command of Excel
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Ability to adjust and manage a rapidly evolving business and shared service environment
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge of any other European language would be an asset
